MASTERPLAN

Cypress Creek Lakes master-plan consists of approximately 1,801 acres that will ultimately provide approximately 2,000 new homes.

Phase One – 654 acres

The first phase of the development, opened in 2004, consists of 654 acres with lakefront lots, jogging trails and two recreation centers.

Recreation Centers:

A stand of 27 live oak trees provides a beautiful setting for the first recreation center which is located on a 4.9 acre site and features a splash pad and playground. A second recreation center opened in 2006 consisting of a pool, bath house and playground and is connected to a trail system.

New Homes:

Sections 1, 2 and 3: 80' x 150' lots.
Perry Homes and Coventry Homes are currently building new homes in Sections 1 and 2 in the price range of $300,000 to $450,000.

Sections 4, 6 and 9: 70' x 125' foot lots.
Brighton Homes and Meritage Homes have been building new homes in Section 4 in the $220,000 to $380,000 price range since November, 2004.

Sections 5, 7 and 8: 60' x 125' lots.
Perry Homes and David Weekley Homes offer new homes for sale starting from $190,000.

Phase THREE:

Land planning is currently underway for the remaining 802 acres in this master-planned community. The second phase will be serviced by two additional Municipal Utility Districts.
